These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Discounts Display Pro application (the “App”), operated by WizardFormula Unipessoal Lda (“WizardFormula”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By installing or using the App in connection with your Shopify store, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Discounts Display Pro is a Shopify application designed to display discount information on store pages based on existing Shopify discount configurations.

The App reads store data necessary to present discount information but does not create or manage Shopify discounts itself.

The App is provided as a tool to assist merchants in displaying discount information to customers.

2. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only in compliance with:

  • applicable laws and regulations
  • Shopify’s Terms of Service
  • these Terms

You are responsible for ensuring that your store’s pricing, discount configurations, and displayed information are accurate and comply with applicable consumer protection laws.

3. Merchant Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for configuring discounts in Shopify.
  • You are responsible for verifying how discounts and pricing are displayed in your store.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your store complies with applicable pricing and consumer protection laws.
  • By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms of Service.

WizardFormula does not control or verify merchant discount configurations.

4. Shopify Relationship

The App operates within the Shopify platform.

Shopify is a registered trademark of Shopify Inc. This App is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Shopify Inc.

Billing for the App is handled by Shopify according to Shopify’s billing policies.

5. Availability of Service

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

WizardFormula does not guarantee that:

  • the App will operate without interruption
  • the App will always be error-free
  • the App will always be compatible with all themes or Shopify updates

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WizardFormula shall not be liable for any:

  • loss of revenue
  • loss of profits
  • loss of sales
  • business interruption
  • data loss
  • indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

arising from or related to:

  • use of the App
  • incorrect display of discounts or pricing
  • merchant configuration of discounts
  • incompatibilities with themes or Shopify updates
  • temporary service interruptions.

Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.

7. Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WizardFormula’s total liability arising from or related to the use of the App shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the App during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store.

WizardFormula may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if we reasonably believe that:

  • the App is being used in violation of these Terms
  • the App is being used in a way that may harm the service or other users.

9. Changes to the Service

We may update, modify, or improve the App from time to time.

We may also update these Terms when necessary. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict of law principles.
