Data Deletion Requests

When you uninstall the App, we automatically remove operational data required for the App to function, including access tokens and configuration data. No additional request is required for this removal.

However, certain records such as billing history and basic shop identification details may be retained where required by law, including for accounting and fraud prevention purposes. Under Portuguese law, financial and accounting records may be retained for up to 10 years.
